Contactors up to 150 A with electronic actuation

The AC-current operated series DILMF allows use under special conditions based on its innovative electronic actuation.

This contactor can be used in the semiconductor industry as it fulfils the American SEMI F47 standard.

The SEMI F47 demands that the reduction and interruption of the actuating voltage has to be completed within a defined time. This means: the contactor remains in the switched on state. As the contactor DILMF operates internally with DC voltages, it is completely hum-free and thus predestined for applications in buildings.

Furthermore, the contactor DILMF can be operated on control voltages in a frequency range from 50 to 400 Hz. It can be used for example in the 400 Hz aircraft power supply systems at airports.
