Naturally, the metering system must be quickly convertible and re-toolable to cater for new trends in taste.

A fundamental element of cost-effective and quality-oriented production is the precise – and currently state-of-the-art digital weighing systems – which are connected to the control, such as our easyControl or XC, via CAN, PROFIBUS or ETHERNET. With their help, it is possible to control both the correct mixtures and also guarantee fast reaction times. Adjustments to the recipes are easily possible at any time with our control and display devices of the XC series.

This enables fast and precise solutions of all weighing problems, as our compact PLC's allow simple, comfortable operation and management of the recipes via guaranteed hygienic industrial PC panels.
