Paintshop
Whilst
faults can often be hidden, this is certainly not
the case in the paintshop. The standard and quality
of the process here is virtually always obvious to
the naked eye. This therefore not only requires a
continuous process, but also new technologies and
compliance with environmental protection
requirements.
To
master these processes in the best possible way,
visualization and control must be implemented at the
machine. Moeller hasWe have exactly the right
solution to hand: The touch display series MFD4
enables scalable and future-proof concepts for the
paintshop. Based on the integrated PLC functionality
it is possible to use the MFD4 both as a HMI and as
a HMI control.
For the visualisation and the PLC application only a
single software is required – the easySOFT-CoDeSys.
The panel is Windows CE based and includes a web
browser.
If
there are any malfunctions in the painting process,
a comprehensive range of diagnostics data and the
rectification and reconstruction of the events
provide assistance. The MFD4 displays record the
trend and alarm information on a memory card.
Furthermore, an operating system can be stored here.
Thus, important data can be transferred to other or
new devices with a minimum of effort.
Just
one software package is used for programming and the
creation of visualisation masks with our products –
easySOFT-CoDeSys. No additional visualisation
package is necessary.
The PLC program and visualisation can be created on
a single user interface. The programming system is
based on the established CoDeSys standard from 3S.
Technically sophisticated features, simple handling,
and the widely used software in automation
components from different manufacturers are a
guarantee for success.
